Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hoses for ALL MINIs 2002-2009

"Set of 4 front/rear Stainless Steel braided brake Hoses. Hoses are stainless steel braid over a Teflon liner and have a clear cover to keep the dirt out and keep them looking great.

Note: The rear brake hose design changed “about” April 2003. Early MINI’s have a banjo fitting at the rear caliper later cars have a straight fitting. Please note the build date of your MINI when ordering. If it is a 2002 or 2003 please LOOK at the rear hose to make sure you order the correct parts. We have discovered that not all MINI’s built before 4/03 have banjo rear lines. We don’t know why, just look at the rear lines if the MINI was built before June 2003. MINI saying the cut off is 4/03 yet we have found them on 5/03 built MINI’s. Better safe then sorry, check and or take a pic and send it to AXC.

JCW FYI, we have discovered that the R53/52/50 JCW Brake kits have TWO different lines based on when the kit was MADE. Since there is no way to know when the kit was made you need to look at the front caliper, the older style will use the lines on the top pic with Banjo fitting. The bottom pic is the newer style ends, like R56, but the fitting at the R53/52/50 body is different then the R56, so the R56 lines will not work on an R53/52/50 with later built JCW kit. When ordering lines for the R53/52/50 JCW brakes do not assume they are R56 lines.

22mm Rear Sway Bar for R53/52/50 and R56S/56 Mini Cooper with Adjustable Down Links

22mm adjustable hollow rear sway bar kit for the Mini Cooper. This bar is approximately 80% stiffer than the 17mm stock bar. Stiffening the rear suspension really improves the handling of the MINI. We feel MINI's do not need stiffer front bars. Kit includes bar, heavy duty bushings and adjustable end links. Most rear bars sold by other companies make you use the wimpy factory end links. Our bars include adjustable links with rod ends that others charge extra for. Also our bars are adjustable via a billet aluminum slider rather than having 2 or 3 holes.

Fixed -1.25 Camber Plates for all MINI Coopers

These add approximately 1.25 degrees of negative camber to the front suspension. The stock Mini has very little front camber. This additional camber really improves handling without significantly affecting tire wear. These plates include new heavy duty upper strut bearings. They do not require drilling any holes and your strut brace will still fit. Will not raise the ride of your MINI. Bolt right in for DIY.

Note: may not fit early (before 04/2002) chassis the best way to know is look at the OEM tops and if you see a bearing like in the pic above they will work. No OEM bearing, no fit with the OEM strut system.

R50, R52, R53 & R56 Mini Cooper Adjustable Street & Track Camber Plates

New Product - Adjustable camber plates for the Mini Cooper. These allow well over 3 degrees of negative camber for the front suspension. These plates have spherical bearings encased in urethane to offer some cushioning. The bearings are replaceable unlike other similar brands. These are for dual purpose car that are street driven but are also used for track days and autocross. You can add negative camber for the track and adjust it back for street driving. They do not require drilling any holes and your strut brace will still fit. The bearings are easily replaced. Ride height will be approximately same as with the factory bearing. These will work with factory type springs or 2.5" ID springs and adjustable coil over systems like the Bilstein PSS9. Factory diameter springs will not allow full camber adjustment as they will contact the inner fender at around 2 degrees camber. Priced per pair.

Note: Based on customer input and testing we have made a design change that will allow 3 degrees of camber before the bolts contact the strut tower sheet metal.

Note: These plates do not work with the Tein adjustable SS+ front shocks.

Adjustable Rear Control Arms with Urethane Bushings

Newly redesigned fall of 2008 -- The MINI has 4 (2 each side upper and lower) rear suspension arms that control rear wheel movement and camber. If you install one set of our adjustable arms on each lower side you can adjust camber. These links use heavy duty urethane bushings. The urethane bushings provide much better control than the stock rubber, but are still easily streetable. You may hear some noise, so just turn up the radio. Our links have strong one piece machined 6061T6 aluminum ends (not welded tube and bolt). Ends are threaded right and left handed. Adjustment procedure is similar to that for tie rods. The center bar is heavy wall heat treated aluminum with a hex on the end for easy adjustment. Tåhese are priced per pair. We also offer adjustable links with rod ends rather than urethane for racing. Ends of production links are anodized Blue and look BLING!

Yes they Fit ALL MINI’s R50, R52, R53, R56, R56S and R55.

Urethane Rear Control Arm Bushing Set - Mini Cooper

Urethane inserts for the rear control arm pivot. These fit into and around the large factory bushing to reinforce and stiffen it. The result is more percise control of the rear wheels. These make a difference you can really feel but do not affect ride quality. Priced per set, and one set of 4 does one car. These do not fit mini's after 6/1/03. We are working on bushings for these later cars.
