Return Policy: Auto X Cooper (AXC) If you need to return an item for credit or replacement, email us to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# should be written on the outside of the return package. All returned merchandise that is not defective is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity: Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from AXC. We shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells including, but not limited to, high performance products, springs, sway bars. Customer agrees to indemnify AXC from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from AXC. AXC is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from AXC You the Customer is acknowledging that you agree to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.

Product Use: Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Important International Shipping Information as of April 7, 2013

AXC will ONLY ship internationally the following products, Superchargers, Thumper heads, NS Cams, AXC/NE products - however, the rate quoted on checkout is subject to change. We will contact you with any additional charge for shipping. APO and AFO address are higher rates, please email us with the address and desired parts for a shipping quote. International customers take 100% of the risk of shipping from the States to their address. Shipping UPS, FedEx or DHL will cost $100’s of dollars plus unknown “Fee’s” at your door step.

Shipping USPS is cheap but slow, very slow at times and shipments do get lost. If a USPS package as not showed up within 30 days of shipping date we will file a claim with the Post Office. Note that USPS has up to 60 days to reply to claims and make payment if at all. Once the package is in the Customs office of the Customers Country there is nothing we can do to move the package. In the last 18 months USPS as lost 2 shipments out of the 50+/- that we have shipped. Just want you to know your risk and odds.

AutoXCooper.com doesn’t stock anything. It’s been and will be our business model in order to remain in business and offer you the best prices and discounts when we can. All parts orders are dropped shipped from the suppliers and tracking numbers will be issued ASAP after shipping. This allows us to offer only what we think of as the best mods for your budget.
