The AXC BBK uses the proven TSW BBK system and the proven Carbotech pads.

- Please pick your MINI Cooper Rotor Size based on use and wheel size. Please Print and Test for wheel fit before ordering.
- Pick your MINI Cooper Carbotech pad based on use.

The TSW LDM BIG Kit
LDM BBK engineered thinner rotors that are 11.75" x 0.81" this kit uses all the same hardware as our BDM kit. This kit is great for heavy autocross use and light track duty. With the right Carbotech Pads, it will toss your head forward when you apply the brakes at the autocross! To make sure it will fit under your wheels please print the test template.
This kit is designed to fit under most 15", 16" and 17" wheels.
The kit features:
- 11.75" x 0.81" Coleman lightweight rotors
- Custom TSW billet hats
- Custom TSW billet brackets
- Custom Outlaw 2000 Series calipers
- Goodridge SS brake lines
- Aircraft hardware for rotor/hat connection
- Beefy hardware and metal pinch nuts
All billet pieces, including hats, brackets and calipers hard anodized in a gunmetal finish.
The nice thing about this kit is that you can grow into the full BDM kit if you need to - all you would have to do is simply swap the hats and rotors, rebuild the caliper and wallah!
The TSW MDM Bigger Kit
The TSW MDM BBK is engineered with a 12.19" x 0.81" rotor using all the same hardware as our BDM kit but with a thinner (yet larger O.D.) rotor.
This kit is designed to fit under most 16" and 17" wheels. It will not clear a 15" wheel. Please print this link for fitting kit to wheels.
The kit features:
- 12.19" x 0.81" Coleman lightweight rotors
- Same hardware as above kit.
The nice thing about this kit is that you can grow into the full BDM kit if you need to - all you would have to do is simply swap the hats, rotors, dog bones, and rebuild the caliper and wallah!
The TSW BDM is the BIGGEST Kit you can still fit under 15 inch wheels!
Dr. Mike got tired of killing brakes at the track, so he engineered the biggest BBK that he could come up with that would still fit under 15" wheels (the TSW preferred size for track work, shod in 225/45 or 225/50R15 R-compound goodness!). To make sure it will fit under your 15” wheels please print and test template.
The kit features:
- 11.75" x 1.25" Coleman lightweight rotors
- Same Hardware as above kits.
Rotors w/ hats weigh ~12.5 pounds. Not much more than stock, but oh-so-much wider! :)
NOTE - You MUST already have studs or longer wheel bolts before installing this kit. The hat has a built-in spacer and the OEM wheel bolts are NOT long enough! Get longer MINI Cooper TSW studs here.

These are the pads that fit the TSW and Detroit Tuned BBK systems. We can also get you any of the Wilwood and Brembo pads with Carbotech compounds you need. If you need a pad other then this one or you are not sure just email dustin@autoxcooper.com for help.
Pick your Carbotech pads. Why Carbotech pads on the TSW kits when they sell other pads. Because we think Carbotech pads are the best of the best. Yes they cost more now. However with longer pad and rotor life we have found they pay you back. If you want bigger rotors for bling then you will want the Carbotech 1521 (Bobcat) Street pads for better stopping power without all that nasty dust. Go to the MINI Cooper Carbotech Street Page.
